Privacy Policy

• Account information: Email address and name (provided at sign-up).
• Interview data: Companies, roles, round details, questions, notes, and outcomes you enter.
• Resumes: Files you upload to attach to interviews.
• Analytics: Anonymous page view data (if you consent), collected via Vercel Analytics.

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over SSL/TLS. Resumes are stored in Supabase Storage with access restricted to your account.

• Supabase: Database and authentication provider.
• Vercel Analytics: Anonymous, cookieless page view analytics (only with your consent).
• Vercel: Application hosting.

When you approve a connection request, that person can view your interview entries including company names, roles, round details, and status. They cannot edit your data or access your resumes.

Your email is masked when displayed to other users (e.g., sw***@g***.com).

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion permanently removes all your data, including interviews, rounds, resumes, and connection records.

Roundlog uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies. Analytics consent is stored in your browser's local storage.
